When I built The Palmier Foundation, my goal was to improve the lives of those in need, giving back to the community in any way that I could. This is why I’m thrilled to have been given the opportunity to donate $16,000 to The Children and Athletes Regenerative MEDicine (CHARMED) Foundation.
In order to keep well, Daniel Palmier visits Dr. Kathy O’Neil Smith. Dr. O’Neil Smith owns an internal and regenerative medical practice in Newton, MA called Treat Wellness. Matthew 18:21–19:1: Then Peter came and said to him, “Lord, if another member of the church sins against me, how often should I forgive? As many as seven times?” Jesus said to him, “Not seven times, but, I tell you, seventy-seven times.
For many of us, home is our sanctuary. But for those facing certain hardships, home and family are sources of turmoil. On October 22, my staff at UC Funds and I will be running in the Marine Corps Marathon to raise money through the Palmier Foundation for InterVol, one of the main charitable organizations in which we invest. Our goal is ambitious. We’re hoping to raise $26,200 for InterVol—a rate of $1,000 a mile. We have 100 days to make this happen, and I know we can do it.

Lori’s mission to help in the emotional, spiritual, and financial care of others who have become widows or fatherless inspires us all to embrace others in need and offer a path of hope, no matter how small or big.
On behalf of all of us at UC Funds and The Palmier Foundation, our prayers go out to those affected by the recent earthquake in Mexico City that left the area in ruins. One of the groups on the ground working toward recovery is the Urban Mosaic team, which is helping to clear the debris and demolish unsafe structures posing security risks.
